Latest version gps problem

Hello there was a problem in the game that when I start the solar system anywhere I create a GPS coordinate be it on the Moon or Allien planet or anywhere it appears in the middle of the Earth X: 0.00 Y: 0.00 Z: 0.00. I also reinstalled Steam and the game and also cleaned the library on the C drive 2X. Thanks in advance for your help.
