Landing gear Feature AutoLock with "timeOutSlider"

If landing gear autoLock is "Disabled" the Slider should be Grayed Out but still be able to control them Manually (Key P)..

if AutoLock is Enabled the slider should be lit up ready to put a cooldown from 0 Secs to 10 Secs.

-- I think 10 secs because it seems fair to do some kind of action before getting auto locked again!

We can make more meaning full Timerblock scripts (NOT CODE) just timer blocks.

EG. activating landing gears to be active and not Autolock for given time 0-10 secs
