Keen Server #1 PCU is at 0 due to PCU trolls, admins needed.

A couple days ago, the server was running fine at 6000 PCU, now today it's literally 0. I'm not asking for a server restart, just that an admin take a look and find who placed a dozen rocket launchers (and bragged about destroying the server I might add) and simply delete them.
Oh also a reporting feature would be great.
Right now the server is abandoned because of this issue.
