Jump Drive API: read and maybe write GPS target

This is not asking for the ability to trigger a jump via programmable block (or any other new way of doing so).

What I would ultimately like to be able to do is set a GPS coordinate somewhere - programmable block via argument, jump drive, remote control, or some new block - and have a jump drive and remote control both "pick it up".

I have written a script that accepts a GPS coordinate as an argument. It sets that coordinate as a remote control block's destination, but has to keep running to point the ship at the target and re-set the blind jump distance after each jump. This makes it moderately annoying to explore asteroids, unknown signals, etc. while in a multi-hop route (since the blind jump's target needs to be pointed at, so changing the orientation of the ship breaks the route).

Being able to set a jump drive's GPS coordinates would allow the script to work much more efficiently - it'd only have to run once, to set the two blocks' targets.

Being able to read a jump drive's GPS coordinates would still simplify the work the script is doing by not having to reorient the ship between jumps. It might have to run more often continually, but it'd be an extremely simple script.
