inventory list (allow users to re arrange the list )

this would allow for easy access to assemblers or drill platforms that you would like to use
E.G.
just allow easy swapping of the list so the ones we need are to the top :( some times people forget to built them in the order required which just messes the list up COMPLETELY :(
or even a mod i would love to find something so simple !
