inquiry regarding Xbox & PC multiplayer.

can Xbox players share the same game scenario/world with PC based Games on Multiplayer.
I have several friends interested in playing in Multiplayer games but only have SE on their Xbox console.
I have it on my PC and would like to host a world where we all can gather to play and let our creative juices flow freely when not blasting Pirate Drones.
