I think the Engineer should be able to manipulate small grids by hand.

I think if the engineer could pick up really small grids by hand (like put a weight limit) there'd be quite a bit of potential. For example, what if you made a little cannon that shoots just small grid warheads (or anything else). Sure, you could weld the warheads inside the cannon then shoot, but what if you could have a little pile of them next to the cannon and just pick them up and drop them in? I just think it's be a neat addition.
