What is the possibility that hydrogen power generation could incorporate an oxygen component while traveling through an atmosphere-less environment? (i.e. The generator would be unable to function without oxygen also) Similar to the interactions between the atmospheric thrusters moving to higher altitude and survival in general? We see diminished returns with wind power as the wind generator is blocked or moved toward ground level, therefore, perhaps, a penalty can be associated with running the hydrogen generator at diminished oxygen saturation?
