Have a reset to default button in control panels

This is a problem I've had out of the public test, where my settings were tinkered with and I had to go and delete the items because I was unsure of the original settings, however in the public test I had a bug where some of my controls for items I just placed weren't the usual controls, and ended up making my designs go whack, a reset to defaults button would be awesome to fix these issues without needing to rebuild.
