Halve the Volume of the Grinders and Drill

This comes up pretty often but still seems to be brushed aside. The game is overall very quiet and calming, but the tools you end up using the most often are fantastically loud, to the point where i'm often considering finding mods the game just to fix it. Please do -something- about these especially grating sound effects.
