Glass skin for armor blocks

My general idea of this is:
Light armor blocks would be like minecraft glass blocks, transparent but still visible
Heavy armor blocks would be darker and have visible rebar inside
Other blocks like stairs, catwalks would be transparent too
Machines like assemblers and refiners could have their mechinery inside visible (if performace friendly)
Tanks for oxygen and hydrogen could have their content visible (I dont know how possible it is to do)
Transparent armor blocks would be very helpfull in warship design and would make great additon to the game! Just image ship and base designs that people could create on the workshop!
