GDPR and offline mode

Hello,
would it be possible to save my answer to the GDPR question to SpaceEngineers.cfg when working in offline mode?
This question appears in offline mode after every game start.
Even if I answer NO, GameAnalytics is still collecting data and trying to send it to api.gameanalytics.com ....
