Game Freezes, GPU usage drops to zero while freezed

Hello Again

Got a very new PC

AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12 Core

32 GB Ram

Windows 10 Home

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super

first i thought it might be with the ADDON

but in a lot of the posts with Freezing the ppl got a high end PC

the Freezing takes up to 10 minutes...

the GPU usage drops to Zero while Freezing...

if i would know where to find the Saves i would give them to you

any information needed pls tell.. i hope i can provide
