Functional blocks that have damage/incomplete should break when used for long periods

Damaged blocks that are sill functional, should become more damaged if used for a long time.
Its like ignoring the oil warning light on the car, the car still functions, but you are leaking oil, the engine will break if you ignore it long enough.
a wheel with a few ball-bearings missing will still work for a few Km, but the damage will worsen with use until catastrophic failure happens.
