Floating max small objects limit per player instead of world

Oldest floating small object (such as ore, ingot, components) disappears when new floating object appears in the world. There is a world limit for how many objects will be existed at the same time in the game settings.
I suggest that this limit should be per player. For example, 16 floating objects per player would be enough, instead of 160 world limit. But of course this should be adjustable in game settings.
Mining creates many floating objects that causes older floating objects disappear quickly. Increasing floating object limit is bad for performance. My suggestion is to eliminate this issue.
