Fix View distance on client hosted servers

As has been bought up before there is no way to adjust the render distance for grids on local servers. Please fix this, it is a very irritating bug that severely limits certain builds. Seeing as how you did a work-around for dedicated servers, I'm curious to why you can't/won't add the same workaround to the admin tools of a client server.
