Fix Lunar and Martian Gravity

If I recall correctly, the gravity on Earth's moon in SE is 0.25g. This is a bit high, and should really be 0.16g, so that players can bounce around realistically, like they're on the moon.
But really, Mars is even worse. In game, Martian gravity is 0.9g, which is barely below Earth's 1g. In reality, Martian gravity is about 0.38g. Please fix this. It doesn't feel right walking like I'm on Earth when I'm on Mars.
