Feature Suggestion: Oxygen thrusters

I think it'd be a cool idea to add a new type of thruster to the game: an oxygen thruster.
These would be simple, low-force thrusters that are little more than nozzles with valves and generate thrust by releasing oxygen into space.
More than anything, they'd be for small and light unmanned craft or emergency thrust in the event that hydrogen fuel or power are too low for other types of thrusters.
The problem of "free thrust" in atmospheres would be negligible because of how little thrust they produce - they'd be all but useless in fighting gravity.
