Faction sharing not working in NPC station

Ships are manageable and can be fly by any member of the faction ( flying/ connecting to base between ships).
It' s not working at all with NPC. Only the grid/ connector block owner can connect to NPC station. At contract or trade block, only the cargo block owner can see options in drop down menu.
This is a serious disfunction especially on server like the official one with relatively low PCU. This bug make shared ship unusable for trade run.please fix that.
