[Faction] Advanced administration

Hello Keen Software Team and thanks for your beautiful game.
We are on a role-playing PvP server. Since the last update, the game was very stable on dedicated server. You do the job, thanks for that.
Suggestion :
Currently the faction offers very little management option. In particular regarding access control on the blocks. We can share to anyone, to the faction or to everyone. Sharing with a specific faction group is not possible.
My proposal is:
- Include the creation of groups in the faction.
- Give block access rights based on groups.
