easy way to controll piston and rotor

we need a easy way to controll piston and rotor.
a method is controll a piston from cockpit with check option "controll piston" and "control rotor".
in piston (or rotor) select direction, x,y,z or yaw, roll, pitch.
another thing is the option for set position of rotor or piston
