Docking Ring Block (essential to the game)

Docking rings are one of the most important parts of any ship or station. We need one for this version of SE. Even a merge block (or connector) with a hole in it would be fine. (No need for additional moving parts)
Player made docking rings made of 1 or more merge blocks or connectors are inefficient and take too much space.
If anyone from Keen is reading this, please consider it for this version of SE.
