DLC Storage Shelves should have an inventory and be able to store things

As the title says, the DLC storage shelves should be able to store things and have an actual storage inventory similar to the Lockers or other storage blocks. Description even indicates they're meant to store components yet they don't seem to have a storage inventory. Even if it's only 400L similar to the armory or new weapon rack, the storage shelves should have a basic storage inventory. If they had actual storage they would be perfect additions to supply closets, garages or similar, and probably see alot more use. Simply put they should have a storage inventory even if it's only a minor one.
