Let's do some cool things with positioning and communication? Perhaps it would be

interesting.

1) GPS is not available at the start of the game (this option is switchable).

2) GPS can be used during the game if you build a satellite network with a special

GPS repeater around a planet or a dedicated area.


- What is used instead of GPS at the start of the game? Radio communication! It is more primitive and complex

kind of communication, but that makes it more interesting.

1) For radio communication, you need a scanner (multispectral) (this is a tool that you need to take in your hands).

2) The scanner receives radio signals from radio points, it has a limited coverage area.

3) The scanner operates in 2 modes: active and passive. When active, it is able to simultaneously register

only 1 type of resource (drill without GPS is now useless). To do this, the scanner must be configured for a specific

resource (calibrate), in this mode the coverage area is 50 meters (for the scanner mark 1), up to 470

meters at the mark 2 scanner, and up to 1200 meters at the mark 3 scanner. In passive mode, the scanner sees simultaneously

all types of resources, but its coverage area is reduced by 3-4 times.

4) The scanner, in addition to detecting resources, also sees the so-called "radio points". Radio points, this is an analogue

"GPS-tags" that have similar functionality, but there are differences. A radio tag can only be placed using

the corresponding device at a specific place - the "radio beacon" object, this is a rod with a lamp. Is being done
