Decorative blocks dispenser - make the ad space an LCD panel

Being able to change the blue "CLANG" ad on the front of the decorative blocks dispenser would allow for more variety in station interiors, whether it be for custom ads, a clock, or what have you. Let us make the most of our interior spaces!
