Crash to Desktop / Computer Shutdown / Game Freeze on Dedicated Server Join

So I'll start by explaining the situation. I currently have been playing on a community run dedicated server, and I get periodic issues when joining said server. These issues include:

- Crash to desktop

- Complete graphics driver failure resulting in a computer shutdown

- Game freeze and unresponsive

I've found a couple temporary solutions that seems to let me log back in (I get one of the above crashes until one of these two happen) is that the dedicated server is restarted or someone goes and kills my character in game forcing me to respawn. So another likely solution I haven't tested could be to turn off persistent characters, but that's not an option.

I will note that this form of crash does not occur on any other game or program I run or have run in the last year or so (I'm quite an avid gamer and it'd take more time to list everything I've played in the last year and ran on this computer than it takes to write this post). Anyway, I listed what I've tested so far below and from this testing I'm still unsure if it is hardware or software related.

- Full malware sweep with MalwareBytes with 0 found errors

- Full antivirus sweep with Windows Defender with 0 found errors

- Default 4 full passes of bootable Memtest with 0 errors

- Updated graphics driver, then reinstalled graphics driver when still having issue

- Updated Windows

- Deletion of entire game and residual files and mods before reinstalling

- All levels of graphics options available in game

- Forcing a few things like fps limits, resolutions, etc.

- Reseating my RAM and graphics card

- All temperatures have been monitored with no abnormally high values

- Attempted different monitor setups in case displays were an issue or ports on the graphics card

CPU: i9-9900k @5.0Ghz (Small OC)

GPU: EVGA GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 (No OC)

SSD: Samsung 970 Evo NVMe

RAM: 64GB (16x4) G Skill 3200MHz

MOBO: ASUS Maximus XI Hero
