consumable engineer parachutes

so, you've run out of hydrogen mid-flight with your engineer and your going to fall to your death ,losing all your items. lets be real we've all done it. so what do i suggest to prevent this, an engineer parachute.
it would opperate like a normal chute in that you can have it on auto deploy or manual activation as a swap out the hydrogen icon for a chute icon when you run out so you can deploy it with x. the chute itself would be like a klang cola that you store in your inventory and can only buy through a store
also it would be pretty cool for cinematic's
