Completing contract shouldn't affect this much others faction relations toward you.

Currently, completing a contract with one faction give me positive relation toward said faction, but also a small bonus toward this faction's allies, and it also give NEGATIVE relation towards every other factions.
I get +10 relation from a search contract toward the faction issuing the contract, +
I get +2 relation for all allied factions of the contract faction +
I get !!! -12 !!! For all other factions.
I believe this penalty need to be massively reduced.
From - 12 to -2 at least.
Overall the system isn't right, if you complete a lot of contract you will end up with more enemies than allies because you are losing more faction relations than you earn (+10+2+2+2+2-12-12-12-12 etc etc)
