Color/Skin Replacing

Hi would like to ask for the functionality of a mod that i linked to be implemented and expanded upon like target certain blocks and able to change color of only the targeted blocks (for example i want to make all Conveyor tubes Orange id be able to hold Shift and Ctrl and it will only target Conveyor tubes) and also the same functionality for skins.
