Client Workshop Mod/Blueprint organization and Management

I, and perhaps many others, have tons of content from the workshop, mods, blueprints etc.

It would be amazing if we could organize and categorize things in game, in subfolders and or lists. For instance blueprints is a pretty vague category, I'd like to be able to make sub-folders for the blueprints and mods I download so that I can organize them, Star Wars theme, Ground Vehicle, VTOL, Spacecraft, Weapons, Buildings, Mechanics etc.

For mods I'd like to be able to make and save mod lists, so that I can set up their order ahead of time, and save them so that when I start a new game, or just a different save I can easily and quickly load the list. Ideally this would be additive as well, so I could load one or more lists and it would just add them to the end of the active mods. the reason for this is I have a list of QoL mods that are in my "must have" category, I want them in all of my games, but the rest I only want some depending on the theme or challenge.

An idea for perhaps an "easy" solution to mod lists would be to allow for a list input field, so that the user can copy a list of mod IDs and paste them in, and if the user has those items subscribed to, they activate in that order. Torch server does this and it is very handy, I keep all of my mod loadouts for the server stored in a text document for that reason.
