Change or move Datapad (Component)

Hello, want to suggest moving the item called a "Datapad" from the components Section of the assembler production menu. They are not required to build anything. A sorter with "components" on its whitelist does not allow Datapads through, so they are not components. perhaps they are tools or a 3rd new category.
An alternative suggestion is to make them a component, stackable like steel plates, treated as a component by the sorters and added to the recipe for a few blocks.
