Change "Hold to look around" in cockpits and 3rd person

I take inspiration of this from Arma 3, and it annoys me that when you're done looking around that you have to enter and exit 3rd person before your view is reset to looking forward, I propose that it is changed so that by holding LALT it works much like it does currently, except it resets to the center when you release the button. Double tapping LALT will allow you to look freely in your cockpit/around in 3rd person until it is double tapped again.
