Change Cost of Cryo Pod to reflect Bed Cost

Cryo pods require a massive amount of material in comparison to the bed, i would like to keep the bed the same cost as it is, but i would like some changes to make it less "pay-to-win"
1. ensure the cost to engineer is the same as the bed, in terms of materials, not necessarily components
2. remove the requirement from medical components to a new component (like a vent, refrigerant, etc. component) that does not require silver (the bed does not require silver, but the cryo pod does
3. ensure that the new component (if it exists after the balance) can be made by the same level of assembly as the bed (the critical components necessary for it to be usable)
