Case-insensitive chat commands

The various chat commands (/f /g /w, etc) should not be case-sensitive as they are now. Accidents where a /F or a /W has been used instead go into the last used (often global) chat, which is highly undesired when it concerns confidential information.
For that matter, if a message begins with a / and no matching command is found; not sending anything at all is probably for the best.
