Bug when trying to exit to the main menu!

So everytime i try to exit to the main menu there's coming this bug where i can't do anything i need to close steam before its closing. Its just standing still on this screen i can't press anything but i can see the wind turbine's move behind the menu! Here's a picture i hope you can fix it :D
