[Block Suggestion] Airtight Square Conveyor Tubes and Curves

With how I've heard conveyor junctions perform, it would be nice to have these blocks. The only option in some places to get airtight is to use a junction or sorter, and sorter can't be overused. It would be nice to have regular tubes, and squared off ones, or perhaps with one facing a flat airtight panel similar to steel catwalk. It might improve performance in many builds, and should be an option in vanilla SE.
