Block Recipe Pinning

It would be extremely helpful to be able to pin/unpin component recipes that show when inventory is being viewed. Maybe display in a side panel similar to the way the recipes are displayed when in the Toolbar Config screen, but only shows the ones that are pinned (with scroll capability when too many items are pinned). A user could pin/unpin from the the Toolbar Config screen. Alternatively, a user could unpin from the Inventory screen.
