Block Permissions with Friendly

In playing on a public server where there are many small factions most of which are at peace with one another, I think it would be really handy to be able to have a Share Block with Friendlies option.
I wanted to help my allies build their base, but was unable to access their cargo containers unless they set the sharing to all, which in a different environment might not be a good option. Having a share with allies option would make helping out allies easier for the both parties.
