block for water EFFECT like in the trailer!

Now that ya'll done got everybody's mouth wet (pun intended) with that oh so clever.....clever use of the safe zone to make aquariums, heavy water and the like. Can we get a block that does this effect?
Currently you need a zone chip to do that in survival and you can't manufacture a zone chip. Also, it's kind of meh to have to keep fueling zone chips to keep a water effect cause they only last for about an hr.
Could the projector block perhaps be used to generate this effect? And to be clear, It's just the effect not all the bells and whistles of a safe zone. I could see this even used for effect in toxic waste pits and tanks around a base.
Just a thought.
