Basic blocks

In creative mode it would be nice to place a block that is still just a frame. I often use these blocks to look like scaffolds and such. Would be nice to place them as if your in survival mode just for looks. maybe add a key like you did for placing rows of blocks to allow bare frames instead of completed blocks.
