Assembler Queue Blueprint

I was thinking about how assemblers can be used to queue up blocks and they will produce the materials required for that block. Why can't assemblers queue a blueprint to produce all the materials required for the blocks used in that blueprint? This isn't really an important feature but it would be nice to have and would definitely increase my quality of life while playing. Thanks.
