Antenna Voice Chat Restrictions

I would like to have options to limit how antennas broadcast voip
- set a radius for voip transmissions seperate from the normal antenna radius so you can reduce your voice range per ship
- option to only broadcast to players and not other grids/Antennas
what also would be cool if we had multiple voice mode levels to toggle between with a single hotkey:
- Local only (no antenna broadcast without turning your antenna off)
- Faction only
- Friends only
- Neutrals and Friends
- all
You are able to hear / speak to all levels up to the level you set and get a notification if somebody talks on a level higher than you set.
