Amd CPU problems

I'm an and CPU user, both my son and I have. For me ,I have AMD 3600 with 1070 super Nvidia. Game freezes bad with lag. My son has AMD FX CPU same issues. I read on Reddit that a lot of folks with AMD CPU are having same issues. Will their be a fix for this.
