Allow player copies to be in separate factions. (Cinematics tool)

I would love if we could change the faction of each individual engineer copy when using the cinematics tool. It would help emensly with battle videos. At the moment it is difficult to have two factions with multiple ship turrets that don't blast the ships on there own side due to an "enemy" being in the cockpit.
