Air conditioning

I was thinking that it would be a nice and useful thing to implement air conditioning. this would be a good way to be able to resist the heat that is caused inside the earth and when approaching the sun and this could then open up to further development and the addition of more planets. as well as allowing the players to build bases deep underground for things such as armageddon mode or in worlds where two factions are fighting.
