Adjust Line Mode for Block Placement

Should be a relatively simple fix; basically, if you have Line Mode enabled for block placing in Creative, it can be difficult to place or remove a single block on a moving ship. A quick fix for this would be to only activate line mode if the L_Mouse button has been held for at least 0.5 seconds, at least, if its being placed on a moving grid, and not from the spectator tool.
