Additional scroll wheel functionality for block selection

Hello and thank you for the game, that for me is not only a game, but a tool for fulfilling my engineering needs!

The longer I build new machines, the longer I wish there was an option in the hotkeys to map the scroll wheel with additional key (e.g. CTRL or SHIFT) to switch between blocks in current toolbar and to switch between toolbars. This is how it should work:

• Scroll wheel - select block from block group (e.g. Armor block, Corner Armor block, etc.)
• Scroll wheel + SHIFT - select next/previous slot in current toolbar (the same way as hitting numbers on keyboard)
• Scroll wheel + CTRL - select next/previous toolbar (the same way as hitting CTRL+Number or "<" or ">"

I know, that people may want to have CTRL and SHIFT alocated to different purposes (Crouch, Move down etc.), so it would be just an option in keyboard shortcuts mapping.

Right now one must during building move the left hand on the keyboard a lot, so the advantage of this possibility would be more comfortable (and faster) block selection just by scroll wheel from the whole block palette.
