Add Invisible Safe Zone texture option

Many people want Safe Zones in their worlds, but not everyone wants the immersion-breaking and view-disrupting visible bubble around their structure. Please provide an option to allow for invisible safe zones, or at least open the API to allow modders to create their own Safe Zone textures.
