Add cylinder block (round block)

It's actually silly that many of the builds that Keen itself provides in the vanilla game and in marketing use unwelded wheels or hydrogen tanks as a cylindrical block. A cylinder block is great for wind turbine and other towers, adding nacelles to a ship or building the superstructure elements of large ships.
