Add armor blocks meant for stations/bases?

I think stations could use a block which weight's a lot more than the heavy armor block but which has more hp or damage reduction , currently players only make mobile bases because of how innefective being inmobile is , one of the reasons is that players will outrange you , or willl just throw missilse with warheads at your base
Heavier armor for station's would make them a more common choice
